Power cut - 20/02/2022
The telephone exchange in Pembroke Dock is currently affected by a power cut. This is affecting clients in and around the London Road/Cleddau Bridge area, including those at Pembrokeshire Science & Technology Park. Further informatio is available here.

We are currently investigating a service outage with some of our systems. Some clients might be unable to make or receive VoIP calls at this time, and some custom business software might be unavailable.
Services are in the process of being restored and the best possible engineers are working on the matter as quickly and dilligently as they can. We'll provide a further update here as soon as we have more information.

Upcoming maintenance
We conduct regular preventative maintenance on our VoIP systems to make sure that they're in tip-top condition at all times. We have a regular maintenance window of 7am-9am on Saturdays and Sundays, which is when we apply updates and reboot servers if necessary.
We have many backup systems in place and never reboot servers with calls in progress, so this maintenance shouldn't be noticable.
We update our support and business management system (Halo) every Friday after 6pm, so you might not be able to log into the Self-Service Portal between 6pm and 6.30pm.
